THOMAS CLAYTONChief Executive Officer & PresidentTom has started, run and worked for numerous high-tech companies. Prior to running Bubble Motion, Tom was GM of the Worldwide Telecom Business at BEA Systems, an infrastructure software company acquired by Oracle for $8.5B. Before BEA, Tom helped start five different companies. At his most recent startup, Bang Networks, another Sequoia Capital and Goldman Sachs backed networking software company, he helped build out the business development and salesforce organizations. Tom’s other startups ranged from an ecommerce-focused systems integrator to a high-end audio manufacturer. He also worked as an economic policy consultant to The White House, where he drafted the U.S. High-Tech and Telecommunications Economic Stimulus Policy for building out nationwide ubiquitous broadband access. Tom holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a BS degree from UC Berkeley. Prior to Tom’s professional career, he was a boxer and won the Bronze Medal at the U.S. National Championships. |

TS RAMAKRISHNANChief Technical OfficerTS has a long track record of helping build some fairly successful startups – including Oracle, Yahoo!, Skype, Facebook, and Admob. Most recently he was VP of Engineering at AdMob, the leading mobile advertising marketplace. Prior to AdMob, TS worked as VP of Engineering for Facebook, where he oversaw the social networking site's architecture, led Facebook's product engineering team, and built the site's first mobile version. Prior to Facebook, TS served as Head of Partner Technologies for Skype. TS also pioneered Yahoo! Instant Messenger and Mobile Messaging products, which he led for over seven years. Prior to his decade building out Yahoo, TS spent another decade helping to build out Oracle from its infancy. In his spare time, TS is an avid ‘arm-chair’ cricketer and stays up all hours of the night to catch his favorite teams in India live via satellite. |

BRAD PORTEUSChief Marketing OfficerBrad has held leadership positions at several consumer-facing Internet growth companies over the past 15 years. He was General Manager at Imagine Radio the Web’s pioneering Internet radio companies (later purchased by MTV), spent 4 years accelerating category growth at eBay in areas like sports memorabilia and ticket sales, lead the expansion of Yelp and its local communities building rich user-generated content across 15 local markets as its first VP of Marketing, and most recently was CMO at Elance, the leading marketplace for online freelance work. Brad holds a degree in Economics from Duke University and earned his MBA at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. When he’s not feeding his addiction to the Internet, Brad can generally be found adventuring with his family - hiking, exploring, traveling and/or eating. |

BILL CRAWLEYVice President, SalesBill has built out numerous companies across Asia Pacific over the years. Most recently, Bill was the MD of Asia for Net2Phone, a global VoIP provider. Prior to Net2Phone, Bill served as SVP, Sales and Marketing for Dishnet, India's first national broadband ISP. Bill was responsible for developing operational presence in 44 cities across India and opening over 130 company-owned Cyber Cafes. Bill was previously Co-Founder and CEO of Esco Audio Visual, the largest provider of voice, video and data integration and distribution services in Southeast Asia. Bill still remains Chairman of the company. He began his career at IBM, where he served in a number of management roles in Australia, India, and Singapore. Bill holds a BPE and Masters from The University of Western Australia. Prior to his professional career, Bill was a professional soccer player in the UK’s Premier League and several other countries around the world. |

DAVID STILLVice President, Product ManagementDavid has a wealth of experience in both the Mobile and Internet industry. Prior to joining Bubble Motion, David led the Windows Mobile product for Good Technology, a wireless mobility company funded by Kleiner Perkins and Benchmark Capital, which was acquired by Motorola. Prior to Good, David led business operations, strategic planning, and operator partnerships for Yahoo! Mobile. David was instrumental in launching numerous Yahoo! properties wirelessly, and managed relationships with AT&T Wireless, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and SBC. David joined Yahoo! in the Corporate Development group, where he managed numerous acquisitions, including those of Broadcast.com for $5.7B and GeoCities for $4.4B. He also led numerous company-wide strategic planning initiatives, including Yahoo's initial launch of premium/for-pay services and enterprise products. David began his career at Montgomery Securities, where he managed private and public financings for Internet companies, raising over $1B. David holds an MBA from Stanford and a BA from Amherst College. |

PAUL DEVINEVice President, EngineeringPaul brings a long track record of leading engineering teams to successfully deliver cutting-edge products. Before joining Bubble Motion, Paul led engineering for Oracle Corporation’s Telecommunications Platform products. Prior to Oracle, Paul led the WebLogic Communications Platform at BEA Systems. There he had the opportunity to develop core infrastructure products that run in tier one carriers’ networks globally. In a prior engagement, Paul managed a team at Sonim Technologies developing their Push-to-Talk application. In addition to telephony applications, Paul has a long history of working with audio and video over the web. While at Liquid Audio, his team built an online music store before Apple had conceived of the iPod or iTunes. Paul started his career building web applications for technical publications at ZDNet, ZDTV and Macworld, where Paul worked on some of the earliest sites on the web and tinker with then-cool technologies like RealAudio. Paul has a BA from Vassar College. In his spare time Paul likes to be outdoors – he once biked from across the country New York City to Seattle; although, lately he sticks close t home on Mt. Tamalpais. |
