THOMAS CLAYTON
Chief Executive Officer & President
Tom Clayton brings a wealth of operating experience from senior leadership roles at numerous startups and high-tech companies. As CEO and President of Bubble Motion, Tom is responsible for setting the company strategy and leading the organization in the execution of their global expansion.
Prior to running Bubble Motion, Tom was the General Manager of the Worldwide Telecom Business at BEA Systems, a $1.3B infrastructure software company, where he was responsible for the telecom vertical business – the largest vertical business for the company. As part of this role, he led the global field organization that was accountable for all mobile operators, wireline carriers, and cable operators as well as partner responsibility for all telecom ISVs and NEPs. He worked closely with many telecom customers, including Verizon, AT&T, Cingular, BT, Telenor, TeliaSonera, Vodafone, Telecom Italia, Telefonica, China Telecom, SingTel, NTT, Telstra and many other Tier 1 operators around the world. Additionally, he drove the new network software business acquisition strategy for the company, which fueled the high growth portion of the telecom business. The growth strategy was predominantly focused on the convergence, SDP, and IMS software infrastructure space. Prior to this role, Tom helped build out the Global & Enterprise Accounts organization, where he implemented specific programs tailored to BEA’s Top 100 customers.
Before BEA, the majority of Tom’s experience has been entrepreneurial focused, as he has helped start five different companies. At his most recent startup business, Bang Networks, another Sequoia Capital and Goldman Sachs backed networking software company, he helped build out the business development and sales force organizations. Before Bang Networks, Tom worked at The Boston Consulting Group, one of the world’s largest strategy consultancies, where he was in the High Tech & Telecommunications practice. While at BCG, he worked closely with the CEOs of several large enterprise software companies and major telecommunications carriers. Prior to joining BCG, Tom started several other companies, ranging from an ecommerce-focused systems integrator to a high-end audio manufacturer. He also worked as an economic policy consultant to The White House, where he drafted the U.S. High-Tech and Telecommunications Economic Stimulus Policy for building out nationwide ubiquitous broadband access.
Tom holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a BS degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. Prior to Tom’s professional career, he was actually a boxer and won the Bronze Medal and the U.S. National Championships. |

TS RAMAKRISHNAN
Chief Technical Officer
TS brings a wealth of experience and positive early-stage results with viral messaging and social networking companies, and plays a key role in Bubble Motion's strategic and technical direction. TS most recently served as Vice President of Engineering at AdMob, the leading mobile advertising marketplace. Prior to AdMob, TS worked as Vice President of Engineering for Facebook, where he oversaw the social networking site's architecture, led Facebook's product engineering team, built the service out beyond its primarily college-age user community and built the site's first mobile version. Prior to Facebook, TS served as Head of Partner Technologies for Skype.
TS also managed Yahoo! Messenger for over seven years from its initial development and launch, through the product's release to over twenty countries. He also pioneered the development and deployment of Yahoo!'s Mobile Messaging product. TS previously held senior executive roles at Oracle. |

PAUL HEDMAN
Vice President - Sales (EMEA)
Paul brings over 25 years of international sales, business development, and executive management experience in the IT and telecom industry. Prior to Bubble Motion, Paul served as International Sales Director for Blyk, an advertising-supported mobile network. Prior to Blyk, Paul served as Chief Operating Officer for Seven Networks, a leading enterprise mobility company. At Seven, Paul was responsible for all operations globally, with a focus on sales and business development activities in EMEA and APAC, where he was responsible for 120+ operator partnership across 60+ countries.
Paul joined Seven as part of Seven's acquisition of Smartner, an enterprise mobile email provider where Paul served as Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Paul was responsible for building company's organizational structure, recruiting and establishing the management team and leading the company's overall strategic direction. At Smartner, Paul was responsible for generating 115+ operator partnerships and all major handheld manufacturer partnerships, and leading Smartner to be one of the leading providers of mobile email.
Prior to Smartner, Paul was Managing Director of IBX, Integrated Business Exchange in Norway, and Managing Director of Telia Electronic Commerce in Sweden, a subsidiary company of TeliaSonera. In addition, Paul held various strategic executive positions at IBM, where he spent 17 years of his career (including 12 years on assignment in the Middle East, France, and Germany).
Paul is currently a Board Member of Momail, a consumer email software company.
Paul holds an MS degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Stockholm, and an MBA degree from Brussels Business School in Belgium. |

BILL CRAWLEY
Vice President - Sales (APAC)
Bill brings over 20 years of sales, business development, and marketing experience, having launched several prestigious IT/Telco and ISP initiatives across the Asia Pacific region, Indian Subcontinent and the Middle East. Prior to joining Bubble Motion, Bill was Managing Director Asia for Net2Phone, a global VoIP provider. Bill established Net2Phone's presence in India and other regional key markets that were deregulating and executed a number of strategic partnerships with regional telecom providers.
Before Net2Phone, Bill served as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Dishnet DSL, India's first national broadband ISP. Bill was responsible for developing operational presence in 44 cities across India and over 130 company owned Cyber Cafes. Bill also served as Senior Vice President Dishnet SEACN Ltd, a mega project to build and operate a multi terabit sub optic fiber cable connecting India to the USA and major regional hubs. Bill was previously Co-Founder and CEO of Esco Audio Visual Pte Ltd, a leading provider of voice, video and data integration and distribution services, Esco sold a controlling interest to a Singapore-based Multinational and continues to be the regional market leader in its field. Bill began his career at IBM, where he served in a number of management roles in Australia, India, and Singapore.

ADRIAN CHAN
Vice President, Engineering
Adrian brings over 20 years of experience in driving strategy and development of innovative products in wireless and enterprise application infrastructures. Prior to joining Bubble Motion, Adrian co-founded Advanced PowerTouch Systems, a technology solution company focused on event management applications built upon RFID infrastructure and real-time extensible messaging architecture.
Before that, Adrian was VP of Engineering at Instant802 Networks (now Devicescape Software) and was instrumental to the creation and delivery of the company's first flagship wireless Wi-Fi embedded software product. This product was chosen by major OEM and ODM companies from Japan, US and Taiwan to include in their consumer electronic products for wireless offerings, and the platform was subsequently selected by Wi-Fi Alliance as the certification testbed. Prior to Instant802, Adrian was Head of Engineering of the New Technology Division at BEA Systems. During his tenure at BEA, Adrian led and managed product development of several key revenue generated products including BEA WebLogic Application Server, which became the major license revenue source for the company and transformed BEA to become the market leader of the application servers, WebLogic Integration and the initial launch of Liquid Data (now AcquaLogic Data Service platform). Adrian also held various technical management positions at Netscape Communications, HaL Computer Systems, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and AT&T.

DAVID STILL
Vice President, Marketing & Product Management
David brings over twelve years experience driving strategy, product management, marketing, and corporate & business development for innovative, high-growth wireless and web applications.
Prior to joining Bubble Motion, David led the Windows Mobile product for Good Technology, a wireless mobility company funded by Kleiner Perkins and Benchmark Capital and acquired by Motorola. David managed Good's Pocket PC and Windows Smartphone product lines from concept through launch and also led five cross-platform product releases. In addition, David launched the first Good-enabled Motorola handhelds, the Motorola MPx220 and the Motorola Q, and managed the Motorola product relationship before Good's acquisition.
Prior to Good Technology, David led business operations, strategic planning, and operator partnerships for Yahoo! Mobile. David was instrumental in launching numerous Yahoo! properties wirelessly, and managed relationships with AT&T Wireless, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and SBC. David joined Yahoo! in the Corporate Development group, where he managed nearly $12 billion in acquisitions and investments, including the acquisition of Broadcast.com for $5.7 billion and the acquisition of GeoCities for $4.4 billion. He also led numerous company-wide strategic planning initiatives, including Yahoo's initial launch of premium/for-pay services and enterprise products. David began his career at Montgomery Securities, where he managed private and public financings for Internet companies, raising over $1 billion.

CHRIS DUNN
Chief Financial Officer
Chris brings over 15 years of finance, corporate development, venture capital, and operations management experience.
Prior to joining Bubble Motion, Chris was CFO for Covad Communications, the leading broadband service provider in the US, where he led an operational and financial turn-around for the company. Chris spearheaded a number of capital restructuring and fundraising transactions while heading up the company wide operational efficiency initiatives. During his tenure at Covad, Chris led strategic and financial negotiations with numerous carriers including AT&T and Verizon. Chris was instrumental in leading Covad to profitability.
Previously, Chris helped lead two other venture-backed communications companies as both CFO and COO. While at Santa Cruz Networks, Chris raised a number of rounds of financings led by Draper Fisher Jurvetson and other leading VC firms. Chris also led operations and business development efforts of Santa Cruz Networks with international carriers, enterprises and government institutions. While at Global Netoptex, Chris led the financial restructuring and strategic plan development on behalf of the company's investors.
In addition to Chris' recent key roles, he also held senior positions with GE Capital in various finance and operational roles; PG&E's venture capital group, Pacific Venture Capital, where he focused on communications and software investments; and Plural Inc. of San Francisco, an early-stage business incubator.
